Good Morning? It Was GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!
This morning I woke up at 5:15, hit the snooze button twice, davened, went for a three mile run, had breakfast, showered and did Daf Yomi all before 8:15, just in time for my family to wake up so we could all begin our day. :-)

Did you just do it once or is it a trend?
Try it for 30 days and it becomes a great habit that keeps you healthy, happy (endorphins) and wise (daf yomi)...
I'm trying to make it a habit. For example, this morning I tried to wake up at 4:30 AM for a 4 mile run, instead, I overslept. :-)
